Earthy Delights 2026 Application

WHAT IS "EARTHLY DELIGHTS"?
Earthly Delights is a juried erotic art show organized by Oklahoma Art Guild and the 39th Street District. It is open to work in any media with subject matter related to the theme: erotic expression, sexual identity, the nude figure, social commentary around those subjects, etc. Keep in mind when submitting that the committee may exclude anything we deem to be explicitly pornographic. The art show will be held Friday March 20th followed by a fetish ball Saturday March 21st, 2026 at Angles, 2117 NW 39th St, Oklahoma City.

GUIDELINES:

• Artists must be 21 years of age or older.

• All art media will be considered. Only original artworks will be accepted, no 2D reproductions (exceptions: printmaking & photography

• 2D work must be ready to display at the time of delivery. Framed work should have D-rings and hanging wire properly installed. Please see the instructional video on the Oklahoma Art Guild website about how to install a hanging wire if you're unsure.

• 2D and 3D works must be for sale. Sales transactions will be made by Earthly Delights representatives only. No exceptions.

• For video: Video submissions should be 7 minute maximum length. Media submissions should come as a URL to an embedded video.

ENTRY AND NOTIFICATIONS:

• Deadline to enter is noon on March 5th.

• Accepted work must be dropped off at Reynolds Neon, 3926 N Flynn Ave, on March 7th or 8th.

• All entries are to be submitted through this application. Artists may submit up to three images for consideration. Please note, submission of entries does not guarantee acceptance. The juror will review all submissions and choose the pieces to be exhibited in the show. Work will be selected based on the quality of the work as demonstrated by images submitted with the application and the suitability of the work within the overall context of the exhibition.

• Artists will be notified of selection via email. Please ensure that the email you submit on this form is current. If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your form, please check your spam folder.

ENTRY FEE:
This is a flat entry free. It is the same whether you enter one, two, or three pieces. Entry fee is nonrefundable.
$10.00 for Oklahoma Art Guild members
$20.00 for nonmembers

AWARDS:
Best of Show: $200
4 Merit Awards: $75 each

SALES:
All works must be for sale. Earthly Delights retains a 30% commission on all works sold.

ARTIST AGREEMENT:
By submitting this form you agree to the following:

I understand that the art piece(s) I have submitted may be used to promote the Earthly Delights event. I understand my name and website may be used for promotional benefit for Earthly Delights and that the art I have submitted may be displayed, photographed, and/or used in any or all media promotions for the Earthly Delights show. The volunteers will ensure that proper storage, security, and care will be given to the artwork provided. I will expect the highest regard for my art piece that will receive the utmost attention and promotion. Artwork delivered after the drop-off date may miss any promotion or placement at the event. Any artwork not sold at Earthly Delights will be returned to the artist. Any unsold work not picked up at the end of the show will become the property of Oklahoma Art Guild and 39th Street District.
